How do I receive the rebate amount for my registered reward?

After registering your reward and making a qualified purchase, simply submit your receipts online or by mail. Choose your preferred payment method: mailed check or digital payment (via email). For digital payments, you can select from ACH, PayPal, Venmo, prepaid debit card, e-gift cards, or donate to charity. The rebate amount you receive will be based on the total value of the sales receipts you submit, up to the face value of the reward.

How long does it take to receive the rebate check after submission?

Rebate checks are processed weekly, and delivery timing varies by payment method. Digital transactions typically result in payment within 2 weeks of submission, while mailed transactions can take up to 6 weeks.

How can I submit my receipts for processing?

Receipts can be submitted either digitally through online submission or by traditional mail. Detailed instructions will be provided on your voucher once registered.

When do CHOICE Rebates expire?

CHOICE Rebates have a one-year expiration period starting from the reward’s registration date. The expiration dates can be customized to align with your specific program. Customers can view the exact expiration dates on their Account Summary page after completing the registration process.

How are CHOICE Rebates typically delivered?

CHOICE Rebates are delivered electronically via email and/or text message and can be conveniently automated using our True-Perk Management tool. We also offer alternative options based on your program and customer preferences.

What is done with the customer registration and purchase data collected during the rebate process?

The customer registration and purchase data collected are used exclusively for rebate status updates and fulfillment purposes. We do not engage in remarketing or selling any customer data collected through the rebate process. Your privacy and data security are our top priorities.

Are co-brand and white label options available?

Yes, we can customize the CHOICE Rebate program to meet your specific needs and requirements.

Can consumers purchase CHOICE Rebates directly?

No, CHOICE Rebates are exclusively available through B2B channels for clients to use within their customer programs. They are not accessible for direct purchase by consumers.
